- Yes, Some sites are blocked because of the server problem.
- So,please download any VPN app, by that app you can download without any server problems.
- I suggest one app free download from play store.

Some sites are blocked by the net provider / service provider (idea, jio, airtel ) so you can access them by using VPN( virtual private network ) .
If you wanna acess through your mobile phone then there are many app in google play store. Such as
Hola Vpn free
Free vpn etc
You can access them securely without any problems
