Hello,
If you haven't submitted the application form yet you can edit the details in the application form. If you have already submitted the application then you cannot change any information including the exam center preferences. There is no correction facility for IISER IAT application form. You may have to fill another application, pay the application fee and submit it using alternate Email ID and phone number. You have to consider the latest application that you have submitted.
