Yes, you can prepare for jee mains with your college studies if are already sound with all the concepts. You will only be free after or 4 or5 for 5 days. So after 6 you will have to study till 10 or 11 because of the morning classes.

Here are some of the important points you can follow.
Keep in touch with every topic, Dont leave any chapter, just because you feel it wont come.
Devote more time on weak areas. Practice regularly to update and get hold of the concepts.
Do not skip topics just because it is too lengthy
Make short notes that include important chapters, concepts, formulae or pointers
Solve at least one JEE previous year question paper each day to get familiar with the paper pattern
Take test after every topic to strengthen your understanding of the chapter
Pay equal attention to all the three subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
Revise just the important or scoring topics of PCM
Revise all the topics weekly, and keep a tab on your learning progress
IIT JEE Preparation requires continuous self-evaluation, so do it.
Here are the time table you can follow
7:30 am- Wake up and plan for the day
8:00 14:00- College hours (although you have to do both (college+jee preparation) do some JEE study even during your lectures whenever you found time for it)
2:15 3:00- Take Lunch, Rest for some time.
3:00 5:00- Study
5:00 6:00- Out of house, spend some time with friends (Play some games)
6:00 6:30- Mug Formulas and equations, Revise
6:30 8:30- Study
8:30 9:15- Dinner+ Fun+Game
9:15 11:15- Study New concepts
11:15 12:00- Buffer time for pending chapters
12:00 12:30- Plan for the next day
12:30 onwards
Sleep (Sometimes when you feel exhausted, sleep early.
