Well Kajal as I can see you wanted to know that how you pay fees in EMI or need to pay full fees during the time admission. I would like to inform you that it depends on college that whether they will take fee in Emi or full fees but each and every and college have the option to pay the fees in Emi. But for exact Emi amount you need to contact the college that what options they have for Emi's.
