Well first let me share with you the number of seats (MBBS) that were available in 2018 (under NEET UG).

Government Colleges - 30,455

Private Colleges - 36,165

Central Universities - 151

Total Seats - 151

Cut offs in 2018 (for a government medical college via 15 percent All India Quota) -

UR/General - 537/720

SC - 424/720

ST - 400/720

2019 -

There are no sources which can tell the exact number of seats available for 2019 session. It can only be said when All India Counseling starts. But it can be said without ambiguity, the number of seats for 2019 session is atleast equal to the number of seats available in 2018. It can be more but for now, it is difficult to say the exact.

Safe score to get a government medical seat in 2019 via All India Quota -

UR - 570+

SC - 460+

ST - 430+
