See there is no any minimum marks required to be eligible for admission in any particular branch in any of the IITs for any category because the seat allotment process is based on the rank of candidate but if you are SC candidate and wants to get CSE into any IIT then you should at least try to maintain your AIR under SC category below 700 in JEE-Advance 2021 and for Bio-technology your AIR under SC category should be below 2000 and note that Bio-Technology is only offered in IIT Roorkee not in any other IIT.

See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed.

The qualifying cut-off percentiles which needs to be cleared by any candidate to sit in JEE-Advance is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2021 the final result will be released after all four attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts. • Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile
• GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile
• Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile

• PwD - 1-2 Percentile
