Hello dear

After only doing your 12th standard and on the score of your JEE MAINS & ADVANCE on behalf of this you will be eligible for the admissions at IIITs.

Not after your 10th standard on behalf of your 10th score you may apply for ITI courses not IIITs.

You cannot apply for IIIT Bangalore after 10. You need to complete your 10+2 level first and Then after writing joint entrance examination main paper 1 and then after qualifying the exam and getting the cut off rank required you will get seat in IIIT Bangalore. Initially take the Science field for your 11th and 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects. Then you need to prepare for the JEE Mains competitive entrance examination andd then on your merit score in that exam based upon that you can apply and subsequently get admission into IIITs.
