As per your marks you cannot apply for the all india quota counselling because the marks required are 500+ even by considering the reservation. So you can go for the state quota counselling as you can have the relaxation in cutoff marks for getting the govt. institutes. Here you have not mentioned your home state otherwise we would better suggeat you in your case.
