for chemistry study NCERT very deeply including examples and solved problems, you can find many questions from solved examples and figures,
For mathematics previous year IIT and Jee mains( formely AIEEE) questions are important, go through 'previous years questions' section of RD Objective
For physics follow any recognised book HC VERMA etc and previous year IIT papers
Last but not least mantra for success in AMUEEE is practice practice and practice...
Questions are not too difficult but time is very less...

AMU is all about speed and accuracy. If you are well prepared for JEE Main you can easily crack AMU entrance exam.
In order to prepare it is very important that your concepts are clear for that you can take help of NCERT books.
Apart, from NCERT you can refer HC Verma for physics, OP tandon for chemistry and RD Sharma for Mathematics.
Solving previous year papers are extremelly important to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions.
You should also refer to complete mock test series for your practice.
