Sir I achieved only 21 percentile but my mp board 12 percentage is 87

Hello Alkesh,
If this is your JEE Mains Percentile then sorry to say but it is very very low and you will not be able to get admission in engineering on basis of it. But as your Class 12 percentage is decent so you can go for some good private institutions of your region. You can also appear for the respective state engineering entrance examination to get admission in state government colleges. But you should apply as earliest as possible because admission time is going on.

Dear Alkesh,As you belong to Madhya Pradesh region so if you want to take admission on basis of class 12 percentage you should go for SAGAR GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, or GYAN GANGA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY.
