Sir I allotted a college in cap round 2 But I choose non freez option. Is it possible to take admission in allotted college aft round 3

Yes you can, There are basically 2 option for further counselling
1 Slide- Branch will change but college will not
2 Float - Allow for better preference.
Your alloted seat will not cancelled if not alloted in the further round.
