Dear Raju, for being eligible for NEET, belonging to OBC Category, you should have scored an aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemsitry and Biology. You should pass in all your 10+2 subjects but score 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now it is not clear if these marks are a collective marks in all your 12th subjects or just aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So please calculate the aggregate for Biology, Physics and Chemistry and then you will know if you reached the 40% aggregate or if you have to appear for improvement exams.

For a candidate to be eligible for NEET, he/she have to score a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For a OBC candidate the eligibility have some flexibility of 5%. For OBC, you have to score a minimum of 45%.
