Yes it is possible but you must have valid reason for transfer your college or any other reason .If your 1st year class running and you wants to  left your college but condition is siddhaganga college of pharmacy must accepted your joining  because most of time admission date is closed during the classes start.So first you will confirm from the siddhaganga college of pharmacy  then take necessary steps of transfer your college or leave your college .
