Sir I am a 1st year physics hons. Student can I appear for both jee mains and my college exams?

Sure you can appear in JEE Mains. There is no rule about it that you can't appear in JEE Mains if you have joined any college. You can attempt JEE Mains. Once you clear it, and you want to take admission somewhere then leave this program after that.
