Yes, you are eligible to apply for MAT as you are a UG last year student. Minimum Eligibility is UG with 50% marks from a recognized university or Final year pursuing student.
I can suggest you some institutes where you can study MBA because My friends and cousins are either studying there or have studied.

MAT question paper is based on the MAT exam pattern which will be objective type test with Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). The MAT 2019 exam pattern is divided into a different section of the syllabus.
The 5 test sections of MAT 2019 exam will be Language Comprehension, Mathematical skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Indian and Global Environment.
There will be 5 sections in MAT question paper will have a total of 200 questions in MCQ format to be solved in 150 minutes. The duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours, one mark is allotted for every correct answer and 1/4 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
