Yes of course you will be able to take admission in MBBS course in any private college of Karnataka even if you resides in Delhi. There are two ways by which you can go for the same, first is through All India Quota counselling for AIQ seat but that is only for Government Medical colleges and some Deemed universities and another way is you can get admission through state quota counselling of Karnataka so that you can get admission in different private colleges as well as medical colleges as per your rank in NEET. Coming to eligibility criteria for NEET you can only appear for NEET 2021 if you have passed/appearing for your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also note that you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% aggregate marks in each of the three subjects for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.

Yes your are eligible to take admission into colleges of Karnataka from All India Quota as per your NEET score.
If you meet the cut off for a respective college you will be given admission. Please keep in mind as you don't have the domicile of Karnataka so you won't be eligible for State quota seats.
You will be only considered for seats provided under All India Quota and on the condition that you meet the cut off.
There are some management seats also which provide you admission even on low marks. You will be informed about that also at the time of counselling.
