Dear Sir / Ma'm, the eligibility criteria of the NEET UG says that you must keep an aggregate of 50% in your Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th boards exams if you are a general category student and 40% if you are a reserved category student. As per your percentage in PCB which is 54%, yes you are eligible to sit for NEET.
