As you must be knowing IISER are in 6 places in India. And it is mainly for PHD and BS-MS dual degree course. Therefore, M Sc in Physics doesn't happen in all the six centres.
Only in Kolkata, there is M Sc in Space Physics. Eligibility- BE/BTech Graduates. Selection process- interview, academic background of candidates and other criterias determined by the selection committee of the college.
Where as in NISER too, there is integrated 5-year M Sc and Integrated M Sc and Ph D programs.
However there are a lot of other top colleges for M Sc in Physics like Presidency college Kolkata, Christ College Bangalore, St. Stephens College Delhi, St Xavier's College Mumbai, MCC Chennai with good job opportunities in both, public and private sector like as a lab supervisor, Researcher, Technician, Scientist, Senior Physicist, Radiologist, Radiation Oncologist and many more in areas like Research Institutes, Education Institutes, Power generating companies, Demolition squads, Aviation industry.
