sir I am already studying in 1st year B.sc Microbiology udaya clge of arts and science in nagarkoil affiliated with MS university coming up year 2 & 3 years I want to study in ur clge with transfer certificate from that clge with my parents decision is this possible r not sir pls answer my question

please dont use sms language when are you asking a w=question. it sometimes really difficult for us to understand.
see most of the colleges don't allow mid semester transfer of students, you need to contact with the college in which you want to study second and third year. if they allow you to direct admission in second year then you may leave your previous college. contact wit the college and then make the decision.
