Unfortunately not. If you belongs to Andhra Pradesh then you can only apply for Government MBBS seat of Andhra Pradesh only or you have to participate in AIQ counselling for Government Medical Colleges and if you also want to apply for Telangana state quota then you should apply for private MBBS seat because government seats are reserved only for that particular state's candidates.
