Ali, there  is 4 % reservation for BC-E Category in AP. This applies to AP NEET Counselling as well. If you want to avail Reservation, you can select BC E Category while filling in the application form. But if you do not want to avail reservation, you can select General Category. But whatever you choose needs to be carefully chosen because not all fields can be corrected even during the correction window.

Yes you have to fill the BC E category form only. Because for Andhra Pradesh state, whenever merit list that is cutoffs are displayed tabh they have special reservation for BC E category students too apart from general unreserved category.
