This depends on lot factors and mostly on the college in which you will get admission.Not all the colleges would provide you the facility for free accommodation but some might help you with some reduction in the fees if you financial condition is not good or if you are having any other legitimate issue then the authorities will definitely help you You just need to talk to the administration or may be the dean and write an application with the actual cause. Hopefully they would help you
