sir i am bio student in 12 standard now i want to study mechanical engineering so i want to study maths . so, my question is that is there is any way to become maths student and complete my goal.

Since you are a biology student there is no chance of you getting a seat in mechanical engineering unless you repeat a year in 12 but it is also not possible since it will waste a lot of your time. But since you want to study maths you may have other options -

1) there is a slight chance you can. In VIT there is a course CSE(spl.Bioinformatics). Basically computer science. (Don't mess with this course if you don't have any idea about CS) They will coach you for a month before the first semester. But, there are only 100 seats. If you can't rank under 7000 or lower than that. SO, all you got do is get good rank in that and attend the exam in first 2 days a luck charm.
