Hello.
BITS does give direct admissions to board toppers of both Central and state boards, however you do have to pay fees for admission. They will not be considering your BITSAT scores for admission, however you do have to send them proof detailing that you are the topper of the board exam.

Hey! Hi Boggula.
If you are a Board topper, then YES you get direct admission into the BITS but you have to pay the fees as a normal BITSAT student pays.
