Dear Kunal, by HSC Leaving certificate if you mean TC, you will need only your 10th certificate and marks list. And the remainung documents that you need during counselling are:
  1. NEET Admit card
  2. NEET score card
  3. Class 10th certificate and marks list
  4. Class 12th certificate and marks list
  5. ID proof
  6. 8 passport size photographs
  7. Provisional allotment letter
  8. Category certificate if applicable
  9. PWD certificate if applicable

You are eligible for NEET based on your B.Sc and your qualification code will be 05:

Code 05 is applicable for Candidates who studying in the first year of the three years degree course of a recognized University with PCB (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) provided the examination is a University Examination. The candidate also passed their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.

For the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
  • No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

Yes, you are eligible for NEET exam.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject with above 50% marks are eligible for NEET exam.

Your minimum age should be 17 years.
