Sir i am currently studying in class 11th but in march 2019 i will move on to class 12th... So can i fill up the NDA form now ?

i'm sorry that you cannot give NDA 2019,since it requires the educational qualification of 10+2.
the candidates should have passed in their +2 board exam with physics,maths(compulsory) for air force and navy selection.
