Hello Surya,

Yes, diploma holders can appear for Jee mains and advanced, but you will not get any college through the JEE Mains, you can only get colleges through the JEE advanced. You will not get your scorecard of JEE MAINS, for you, it will only be a gateway to Jee advanced.
