Hello
To have a domicile from Maharashtra you must have a birth certificate that states you are born in Maharashtra or a school leaving certificate of both 10 and 10+2 from Maharashtra. Then you can apply for colleges in Maharashtra in the 85% quota.
For Rajasthan you must have one of the parent of the student must be a resident of the state for 10 years, or the candidate must have studied in Rajasthan for minimum of five years or must be a bonafide resident of Rajasthan. The you can avail 85% quota in Rajasthan.
If you meet the criteria in both the states you get 85% quota in both the states.
