Yes, it is possible to pursue an electrical diploma online while working for Konkan Railway. Many educational institutions now offer online diploma programs specifically designed to accommodate working professionals like you.

Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Research Online Diploma Programs: Look for reputable institutions that offer online electrical diploma programs. Consider factors such as the curriculum, faculty expertise, and flexibility of the program.
  2. Check Eligibility Criteria: Ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements for the online program, including having a 12th science pass.
  3. Inquire About Attendance Requirements: Contact the institution to clarify their attendance policies for online students. Some programs may require you to attend certain online sessions or complete assignments within specific deadlines.
  4. Discuss Job Flexibilities: Talk to your employer about the possibility of adjusting your work schedule or taking time off for exams or important assignments.
  5. Enroll in the Program: Once you've selected a suitable program, complete the enrollment process and pay the necessary fees.
  6. Access Course Materials: You will typically have access to course materials, lectures, and assignments through an online learning platform.
  7. Attend Online Classes: Participate in live online classes or access recorded lectures at your convenience.
  8. Complete Assignments: Submit assignments and projects as per the deadlines set by the institution.
  9. Prepare for Exams: Study the course material and prepare for the final exams, which may be conducted online or in person at the institution.

By following these steps, you can successfully pursue an electrical diploma online while balancing your work commitments at Konkan Railway.

There is compulsory 75 percent attendance in most of the colleges in any course but some colleges give relaxation in attendance like Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT),Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering,Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering (JNNCE),pesu etc.

You can pursue diploma in engineering if you have completed 10th exam with 50 percent marks through IGNOU,anna university, sikkim manipal university, jmi, iei etc.but these courses needed practical training so you can go for your state colleges which provides diploma courses without attendance.
