With 540 marks your expected rank will be 29010-40160, as per previous year data the least marks required to secure a GMC seat for OBC was 573 in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich and Basti hence your marks are comparatively less, you can try for private colleges or deemed universities, cut-offs change every year and based on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.
