Hello dear,
Hope this finds you well in health.
Eligibility requirements for MBBS or BDS doesn't include the fact that whether a candidate has passed his/her class 12th board in one go or more. It only requires the minimum marks of 50%(GEN), 45%(OBC), 40%(SC/ST) just to be able to appear in the NEET examination.
So, don't worry, prepared well for your upcoming NEET your second trial in 12th won't affect it any way as long as you have the qualifying Mark's.
Hope this information helped you.

Hello student,
As you have mentioned that you are passed in the subjects in your second attempt then it is totally fine with the admission in medical field. But to take admission you have to qualify NEET and reach the cutoff for the college where you want to study. Every college has its own cutoff marks. The admission is also depend on the category you belong to.
Hope this helps you!
