sir I am from Bihar, I have been living in himachal Pradesh since last 12 years. I don't have a bonafide but i have a Domicile of this state. Am i eligible for 85% quota of Himachal Pradesh in NEET.

Yes, if you have domicile certificate of minimum 10 years you're eligible to have 85% state quota of that particular state as per rule known. But still I suggest, kindly once visit your local entrance helplines for further information. But you can apply for national quota through MCC without any problem.

Even if you are not a bonafide of Himachal Pradesh, but you hold domicile of Himachal Pradesh by the virtue of living in the State for 12 years, you are eligible for Himachal Pradesh's State Quota in NEET. So you attend Himachal Pradesh 85% State Counselling. By the virtue of being originally from Bihar, you also can participate in Bihar's State Counselling.
