Yes getting a private college is way easier then the govt. college. All you need to go for the counselling rounds for the state quota seats and then you wll be able to get the seat in your state. The cutoff marks for the private institutes are very less compared to the govt. colleges. The cutoff marks for the private colleges in Maharashtra were around 350.
