Yes if you belong to the social caste category but are not belong to the scheduled caste category then you will belong to the other backward classes that means you belong to the other backward classes of the OBC category now whether it is OBC A or OBC B will be provided by your tehsildar of the person in charge of providing reservation certificate senor municipal area or cancel whatever the scenario maybe

Yes according to the Constitution of India, you will fall under OBC category or EBC Category which varies from state to state. You can still confirm it from the Tehsildar or Municipality and get your caste certificate according to it.
