Dear Abaid, in 2018, under State Quota, 266 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College, Srinagar under ST Category. You also have a chance at

GMC, Jammu: 280

Sher-e-Kashmir Medical College: 309

Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key had been released to weigh your options.
