Don't worry as you said you I doing your studies from u p board soda student there is no need to worry just study consistently as you are in class 11th only. 11th is quite difficult than class 12th . Just study try to focus on chapters and study thoroughly try to solve as many as MCQ can solve after doing every chapter which is that will give you are hold on try how to solve question when it comes on the final exam that is IIT JEE here. We all feel sometimes low that we are not focus but don't worry you will crack IIT JEE if you want focus much on the thing that exam is coming if you will focus that you have to study properly and you have to do to understand the concepts then and you will have grip on the topic and you won't find it difficult to solve MCQ. Do not think that you'll not be able to crack JEE because you are from up board. You have ample of time you can prepare for being topper if you'll have that dedication. If you don't understand any of the pcm of 11th which is common in this class then see lectures if you think lectures is not going to help you go for good coaching. Study everyday that's the key point of success discontinuety will lead to failure.
