Sir i am from west bengal and i have scored 467 in neet 2019 and i am from general category. Can i get a chance mbbs govt medical college???

Hey Arnab !
As the statistics of last year, the last UR Candidate to get in through the gates of a Govt. Medical College had a score of 479 which corresponded to a rank of 29,949 and the college was Maldah Medical College.
As the trends, your score of 467 seems to fall behind a little and added to that is the huge rank you might get which might just cross 65k.
So, sorry o say, but it looks quite bleak that you might get into one.

But sir this time 650 seats also increased

Yes, friend I know that 650 seats have been increased, but amongst them 1 is private, if we keep that aside, we have 500 seats.
Now the cutoff rank last year stood at 29k, and yours is about 63k, it would be very hard to suppose that there are only 500 West Bengal students within a span of 34k All India Ranks.
