Your NEET score of 520+ are predicted to convert into rank ranging-39425to 50575. With these ranks it highly difficult for you to get government medical college.Last year cutoff for government medical college was itself around 580 for general category.
Talking about IMS Varanasi last year cutoff for general category was 669 rank with marks around 650. So it is very difficult to say that you can get admission in IMS
