sir i am getting 344 marks in neet sir can i expect/get govt mbbs college ??if i dont get govt then should i go for semi government college so i have to pay not very much amount of fees and sir is it true that my fees will be refunded at the last year belonging to sc category from maharashtra

You will not get  any MBBS seat in government college at these marks. But you can easily get BDS. But you can also take MBBS  seat in private colleges but the fees will be really high.
