With a score of 424 in general category, you have only one chance to get a seat in the private medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 422 was required to fetch one a seat in NIMS university, in the general category under the state quota. Also, With your score you have no possibilities for procuring a seat in the all India quota.
