Can't say about govt medical colleges.U have to wait and see. Meanwhile apply for private medical colleges.
The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact but as per the last year cutoff the chances are less to get a seat under 15% quota seats & state quota seats. You can apply for the private colleges. You can also prefer below given article to check Bihar cutoff.
