Sir I am getting 59(normalized) marks in civil engineering OBC. What are the chances of psu's Or IIT'S?

Your marks isn't enough to get PSU call letter.You may get IITs fo further studies but chance of getting old IITs is less.Your score will be range 625-660.You need at least 650 to secure seats in old IITs.For sureity wait till IIT madras declares gate score.
