Sir I am getting 66.33 marks in electronics gate 2019, is there any possibility to be selected for ntpc ongc pgcil or another PSU?

yeah!
according to previous year's cut-off and this year's expected cut-off you're having chances at many psu's like NTPC but the cut-off score will vary with different year.and also it depends upon your category and different psu's.to know previous year cut-off of different psu's,
