6.It is helpful to make short notes during UPSC preparation.

Since, you are in 11th class and there is lot to study in your 11th and 12th so first of fall you need to have a routine for your preparation considering the importance of board exams too. So, you start with geography ,history and polity now onwards and make it a strong part of your preparation, side by side prepare your english part too twice a week.
