Focus on preparing for your entrance exam. Sit down with your parents and discuss with them how you can balance Allen and college. Take their help.
I would suggest making a timetable for each week, so you know how much to cover without overwhelming yourself. Since NEET doesn't have any weightage to board marks, you can focus on passing with respectable marks. Also, look at NEET as an extended version of college syllabus, as the basic material for studying is same. By not compartmentalising Entrance exam and boards into different study groups, you take away the stress you are feeling.
On a personal note, do communicate with your parents, teachers, sensible peers when you are tensed. Talking about your fears will help you and people around you by letting them do their part. I would suggest that you talk to a counselor regarding your workload and really do take up studying with a timetable. Do try and incorporate some breathing exercises in your routine to freshen up and keep your panic at bay.
Most of the times the situation is much simpler than our mind conjures it to be. Talk about your issues at home and let your parents help you in the way adults can. All of us go through this phase where we feel we are too late and can't sort it out, but you do have time. Take action while you can and stay calm.
The next thing to do would be to list your priorities and rate their urgency and importance. Also try to figure out how much time is spent for those activities. Then make a plan of the topics you want to study for the day, that way you save half your time by already knowing what to do.
Grade 11 is initially difficult as you have to deal with voluminous portions for each subject(I have been there before). You need to have the commitment and perseverance to manage both. Talk to your guidance counsellors or trusted education consultants if you think you're really incapable of managing it. Also if you have doubts regarding anything, you can always ask your teachers and/or post questions in Careers360 platform
Now, the basic concepts present in college and NEET syllabi are slightly different with NEET having NCERT concepts. Ensure that you're thorough with college syllabus, this will strengthen your foundation for NEET. Check out the link for NEET preparation as well as good study management:

By College you mean 11 & 12 right ?
Firstly, if you are in 12th , all you require is to pass your exam with first division and allen institute also prepare their student for the same..... You have to give more weightage to you NEET preparation.....Don't panic....Everything will be fine
Secondly if you have passed 12th , then you should only concentrate on Neet and nothing else....
Hopefully it will help....
In case you have any other query...we would be happy to help
