you will get Gujrat government colleges on the basis of all india rank.

any state government college always gives concession to there home students.

even your category will  cosidered as general.

but also if you want to persue engineering in any brach.then i personally advise you to persue it outside Bihar.

because in Bihar there is too much lack of good engineering colleges as welll as placements.
