Santosh, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is important because each State has its own cut offs. Now few States like Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar, UP have higher cut offs than the rest of the States like Tamilnadu, Karnataka, etc. On a general note, every Government College fills its seats through both All India Counselling and State Counselling. 15% of the seats are filled through All India Counselling and the rest 85% of the seats are filled through State Counselling. But if you belong to OBC Category irrespective of your State you might have to secure atleast 500.. For States like UP or Delhi, you will need 600. But for States like Maharashtra, 500 is an ideal score. And this is based on previous years cut off trends. Now cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In general, you should aim for atleast 500.
