Hi Raghupathi,
As I understand from your question that you have already missed the 2nd counseling dates and there is nothing that you can do to participate in that round of counseling as the date as already lapsed.
What you can do right now is that wait for the 3rd of counseling if there is any and participate for the same so please stay in touch with the concerned website so that you don't miss out on the date again.
