sir, I am not mention my mother's last name in application form. Is there any problem in future at counselling time. should I correct it?

If you can, please correct it and fill up your mother's name as well. You never know about what problems can you face in future for even a small mistake. So, why to take risk. Mention your mother's name as well. This will help you in a trouble free councelling round. Hope you understand.
