Yes you can becomes space scientist. You can join for aeronautical engineering/aerospace engineering at IIT,NIT,IIIT. You can also join IISc or Indian aeronautical institute. After BTech/BE, you can do MTech in space science. You can do job at space center. You can also proceed for PhD is you want.
You can do become one. Best college for aeronautical engineering/aerospace engineering is IIT as it is a research institute who works on projects funded by government or top MNCs and they recruit candidates through different programs. You will gain skills which will help you in your career.
